COVID-19/Coronavirus Update 3/17/2020

Dear Allen Family Dentist Patients and Community Members,

Our plan over the last several days has been to take one day at a time and remind ourselves that our Lord and Savior is in control! With this being said, yesterday the American Dental Association recommended all dental offices nationwide postpone preventative and elective procedures for our patients and only treat dental emergencies for the next 3 weeks. The White House made a statement yesterday also recommending avoiding groups of more than 10 people. 

As a result of these recommendations our practices in Athens, Bullard and Palestine are working to reschedule all cleanings and non-emergent procedures to after April 13th. We will still be available to our patients and communities if anyone needs our services. Our plan is to be available with limited staff from 9:30am-12pm on select days throughout the next few weeks to handle dental emergencies only. 

This is not a decision that we reached lightly, thank you for your support and understanding. We continue to pray for our patients, our staff and our communities that we will be able to get through these troubling times together. We hope to see each of you soon when we are able to resume “normal operations.” Until then we will focus on Psalm 46. God Bless.
