Our story starts in 2005. Allen Family Dentistry was founded after Dr. Allen purchased Dr. Richard Campbell’s practice in Athens, TXLearn more about our Athens office. Less than five years later, we relocated and renamed the practice Crestway Park Dental.
Dr. Allen expanded and Dr. Morgan Copeland joined the new location, Bullard Family DentistryLearn more about our Bullard office, in 2018.
With two locations and two different names, it was time to rebrand and go back to our original roots as Allen Family Dentistry. In addition to a new logo and website, we fine-tuned what we do and who we are to ensure every location moves together in the same direction.
Brought many changes for all of us, and amid the pandemic, we opened our Palestine, TX locationLearn more about our Palestine office. Dr. Ronald J. Cook practiced here for over 30 years but began battling health issues in 2019, and we took over. While most of the staff remains, we’re excited about the new direction.

Dr. J. Brandon Allen knew he wanted to be a dentist since his high school years. His hometown dentist, Dr. Kevin Seidler, inspired him to join the dental field, and Dr. Allen set out to help others keep their smiles for a lifetime. Outside of the office, Dr. Allen enjoys spending time with his wife Brittany and two children, plus golfing, hunting, fishing, traveling, and watching sports. A fun fact? Dr. Allen was a band nerd in high school and his first two years in college, and his kids love to poke fun at him to this day!

Dr. Kathryn Tucker grew up in Cypress outside of Houston, TX, and set out to be the dentist she didn’t have growing up. Her goal is to help patients understand their treatment options and play an active role in their oral health with great habits. Dr. Tucker loves helping people with the perfect blend of art, science, and service to create healthy, functional, and beautiful smiles. To give back to the community, she’s volunteered at Texas Mission of Mercy dental mobile clinics and plans to do so again in the future.
In her free time, she enjoys visiting national parks with her family, and they’re on a quest to visit all 63! She also enjoys spending time with loved ones, hiking, camping, paddling, baking, and playing board games. A fun fact? Dr. Tucker used to be a zookeeper, and the first dental procedure she ever observed was a root canal on a tiger.

Dr. Andrea Campo-Velez grew up in Dallas, TX, and was always self-conscious of her teeth as a child. After dentistry transformed her smile, she was sure dentistry was the career for her. Her philosophy is that every person is unique, so their dental care should be unique as well. She believes one of the most important parts of being a healthcare provider is taking the time to listen to your patients and what is important to them. During her training, she served the community by working alongside dentists from all over the metroplex at Allan Saxe Dental Clinic at Mission Arlington.
In her free time, she enjoys snuggling with her two fur babies and watching a movie or reading a book, as well as spending time with family. She also loves to travel and is always dreaming of the next place to cross off her bucket list. A fun fact? She has been to 11 countries… and counting!

Dr. Morgan Paige Copeland grew up in Kaufman, TX, and her interest in dentistry started early. As a child, she loved going to the dentist and always thought it was so interesting. Her favorite part of the job is the power to make a difference in patients’ lives and see their bright smiling faces. During her training, she volunteered for several mission trips to small rural Texas cities and an abroad trip to Jamaica, to help communities that don’t have access to quality dental care.
In her free time, Dr. Copeland loves spending time in the sun, whether it’s out at the lake or on the golf course. She also enjoys spending time with family on long weekends, relaxing at home with her rescue cats, shopping, doing yoga, and trying new restaurants. A fun fact? Dr. Copeland still has one baby tooth!

Dr. Camilo Arguello grew up in Farmington Hills, MI, knowing he wanted to join the healthcare field. Dentistry allows him to build family-like relationships with patients while providing help when they need it most. Dr. Arguello dedicates his time to community outreach by providing mouthguards for local high schools and children’s boxing centers. He’s also a devoted volunteer for dental mission trips to Colombia and the Dominican Republic.
Dr. Arguello has had advanced training at a hospital-based general practice residency where he got to work one on one with many specialists including oral pathologists, oral surgeons, periodontists, endodontists, pediatric dentists, and more while treating and managing medically complex patients, special needs patients, and a wide range of oral conditions.
When he isn’t working, he enjoys spending his free time with his wife, son, and dog! You can often find him enjoying the outdoors, hiking, and playing tennis. A fun fact? Dr. Arguello’s best day of his life was when he asked his wife out during college. She inspires him to be a better person and means the world to him!
Brittany Allen serves as the Business Director of Allen Family Dentistry, where she combines strategic leadership with a passion for creativity and community. A graduate of Baylor University with an MBA and a degree in Interior Design, Brittany plays a pivotal role in guiding the growth and operations of the family’s multi-location dental practice across East Texas.
Working alongside her husband, Brittany brings a sharp eye for detail and a forward-thinking business approach that helps elevate the patient's experience and team culture. Her leadership is grounded in a commitment to excellence—both in the office and in the broader community.
Outside of work, Brittany enjoys traveling with her family, playing mahjong, and relaxing with her Persian cats. She believes that strong family values, intentional leadership, and community connection are the foundation of lasting success.

Hannah Lively our finance manager is a proud Frankston native and a graduate of Texas Christian University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in business with a focus on entrepreneurial management. With over 10 years of experience in the dental field, she brings deep knowledge and compassion to her role. Hannah’s favorite part of the job is getting to know patients, hearing their stories, and helping them achieve the smiles they’ve always dreamed of. She’s also well-versed in insurance and patient financing, making it easier for patients to afford the care they need.
Outside of work, Hannah is a certified personal trainer who loves working out and running—she’s completed an impressive 13 half marathons. A college football fanatic, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, especially when it involves a friendly game of cornhole.

With nearly two decades of experience in the dental field, Savanna has built her career around a strong commitment to patient care and practice excellence. She began her journey in dentistry at the age of 20 as a hygiene assistant and advanced through roles as a dental assistant, office manager, and business manager. Today, she serves on the Leadership Team at Allen Family Dentistry as Marketing Manager.
Savanna is passionate about comprehensive dentistry and fully embraces the practice’s philosophy of delivering modern, affordable, and patient-centered care. She takes pride in helping foster an environment where patients receive not only high-quality treatment but also the comfort and hospitality that make the practice unique. Outside of the office, Savanna is married and a proud mother to a daughter who keeps the family active with her love of sports. She enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, crafting, playing mahjong, and spoiling her dog.. These personal passions bring balance to her life and inspire the enthusiasm she brings to her role at Allen Family Dentistry.

Rhonda Matkin serves as our operational manager, with over 30 years of experience in dentistry, Rhonda began her career as a chairside dental assistant and has spent the last three years serving as a co-manager with a focus on clinical operations. She is now proud to be part of the leadership team at Allen Family Dentistry, where she is committed to upholding the practice’s values of compassion, excellence, and patient-centered care.
Outside of dentistry, Rhonda enjoys spending time outdoors, especially bird watching and tending to her seasonal flowers. She also loves relaxing on her patio in the evenings with a glass of Chardonnay.
